Returns:
- Due to the nature of our products being clothing, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final.
- Please ensure that before finalizing your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.
Exchanges:
- We do not accept exchanges; however, we will consider exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Damages or Defects: Exchanges will be allowed for items with damages or defects.
- Wrong Product Shipped: If the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake, we will consider an exchange.
Process for Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item due to defect, damage, or receiving the wrong product, please contact our customer service for authorization.
- We will fully examine the returned product and notify you via email within a reasonable period regarding your eligibility for a replacement due to defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- If entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period.
